Is your department on the other side of the footbridge?
From Tuesday 5 April 2022, we have moved the meeting place to Chemin du Pavillon 2, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland. It's 1.8km from the Lumion after Palexpo, QUARTIER DE LA SUSETTE.
How far and how long does it take from your office to the airport?
3 KM from the OCTAGON Building. It takes about 5 minutes to get you comfortably to Kiss and Fly Geneva Airport. This is the time it takes to get around the airport.
Can I be accompanied from the drop-off point with my car to the airport and how long does it take in terms of minutes?
Yes, we offer an escort service, for a supplement of 5.00 FRS. You must come to OCTAGON to pick up the driver to whom you will entrust the car. We will give you as much time as you need, subject to airport regulations.
How often does your Shuttle run?
No waiting time! At the start
On the return journey: Simply call the number given after baggage reclaim to find the Shuttle Bus at the Shuttle Bus and Car Park <>.
Should I leave my car keys?
You must leave the keys with our receptionist. The keys are jealously guarded in our safes.
Do I have to leave the car papers?
Yes, just a photocopy of the driving licence or vehicle registration document is all you need. Please put it in the glove compartment.
Is the motorway sticker compulsory?
No, not necessarily! You can avoid paying the motorway vignette by taking the last exit before motorway customs and passing through either Ferney-Voltaire or St Julien-en-Genevois customs, depending on where you are coming from.
Do you have car seats for children and babies?
No, we don't have a baby seat, but there are 2 solutions:
- Use your baby car seat and then put it back in the car for hygienic reasons.
- Take the escort option if you have free space in your car.

Our website allows you to book and pay for your shuttle parking service at any time of day.
2. AT THE AIRPORT GATES: OCTAGON
Your valet will be waiting for you at OCTAGON, Chemin de Pavillon 2, 1218 Le Grand-Saconnex, Switzerland. You will then be taken to the airport with your luggage:
- by our shuttle bus.
- Accompanied by our driver :
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the details concerning the pick-up and drop-off of your vehicle.
3. TRAVEL WITH A CLEAR HEAD
We park your vehicle in our own private car park, under cover or outside under the surveillance of a security company.
4. ON YOUR RETURN, TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE
On your return, our shuttle will take you from the airport to the car park in just a few minutes to collect your vehicle, and all that's left for you to do is get behind the wheel. Simple, fast and efficient.
From Monday to Friday from 11.30am to 2.00pm you can enjoy a RESTAURANT ON THE SPOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
