We've been using this company for several years now and have always been satisfied. What's more, they're cheaper than the other Valet Parking companies at the airport! We can only recommend them.

Very good, I recommend it!

Driver was waiting for us at the pick up point for the drop off to the AirPort and at the pick up from the AirPort. Distance is 5’ from Terminal. Only point to clarify is that the parking is outdoor not indoor.

Très bonne expérience du début à la fin. Seul petit bémol, l'adresse mail n'est pas accessible par la personne qui nous récupère, et à l'étranger on ne peut pas toujours utiliser son téléphone en cas de vol retardé pour prévenir. Il faudrait donc que l'opérateur ai accès à cette messagerie car ce n'est pas le cas actuellement.

Very good service and very punctual! We've been using CIVAPARK for many years with great satisfaction; the only small problem is that arriving at the meeting point at night with all the roadworks on the motorway is not so easy, especially with a GPS that's not up to date. Apart from that, it's great!

J'ai expérimenté Civapark pour la première fois cette année et tout s'est bien passé. Nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 avec 40 minutes de retard à cause de notre vol retour mais la navette nous attendait. Seul petit bémol: la signalétique pour déposer notre voiture. Nous avons appelé pour trouver l'endroit et le personnel de civapark nous a immédiatement répondu et expliqué.

Très bon service de parking. Pratique, fiable et professionnel. Ils sont toujours à l'heure. Possibilité de les contacter en cas de retard ou de vol manqué. Depuis des années nous sommes très satisfaits de leurs services.

La gestion du dépôt et de la reprise de la voiture s'est déroulée parfaitement. En revanche, l'impossibilité de joindre le service administratif et l'absence de suivi de mes e-mails ont été très frustrantes. J'avais des questions concernant un changement de plaque (qui a été géré sur place, sans que je le sache à l'avance) et une demande particulière qui n'a pas été traitée.

Shuttle on time to and from the plane & helpful driver

Perfect, location close to the airport (about 5 minutes drive) and very punctual driver, no waiting! On the return journey, he was waiting for us despite being more than 40 minutes late. We've been using them for over 10 years, very reliable. I highly recommend them!

Very good experience. Parking a bit difficult to find but the team is very responsive by phone so no problem. The shuttle bus drivers were punctual.

The pick-up and shuttle service went smoothly. It only takes 3 minutes to get to the airport. Unlike other car parks, the prices are cheaper than the airport car park. The shuttle was waiting for us when we got back. They apparently have 2 covered car parks (I didn't see them as the drop-off is outside). One downside: the administrative aspect is inadequate. At the start I signed a paper with the price displayed. When I returned, I didn't sign anything, just paid by credit card. I asked for an inventory of fixtures when I signed up. It was done, but without me. I was not sent any documents or photos (which were taken because they were seen on the phone of the person who managed our return). Nor did I receive any confirmation of pick-up by email, just the signed paper. And nothing on our return. In short, the service provided was good, but there was a lack of computerised process with the customer.

Perfect, friendly and accommodating staff

Everything went smoothly, the pick-up was easy (even if there wasn't a very clear indication of the car park) and the driver was on time. On the way back the shuttle was already waiting for us when we arrived and we didn't have to wait, the driver even gave us a call to confirm where he was waiting for us. I'm withdrawing one star, however, because it says that the car is moved to an indoor car park, but we took a photo of the km counter and found that it hadn't moved a single km. The car therefore remained outside at the meeting point. In itself this did not bother us, but the information was misleading at the time of booking.

We are very satisfied with the service. When we arrived at the car park, we were picked up by a very professional person who took us back to the airport in a few minutes. On the return journey, our plane was two hours late, but they came to collect us within minutes to take us back to our car. The service is impeccable and I would recommend it without hesitation.
