Reliable and efficient, welcomed despite my lateness. Would recommend

Excellent service and the car was parked in the basement. Very satisfied with the reception and delivery of my vehicle. I was worried that someone would drive my car during my trip but nothing at all was checked. I would recommend the company and would book at the same place for every holiday from Geneva airport.

Good handling and valet service to and from Cointrin. Very good price. Perhaps better information about the vehicle drop-off point, such as: when you arrive at the Octagon, turn right before the entrance to building 211. The Civapark car parks face the building and are indicated on the ground.

Just perfect, 5 minutes from the airport. They are on time and very fast. Thank you very much.

Good organisation with no particular delays in collecting and returning the vehicle. It should be noted that for the first time, it was difficult to find the car park because it was marked "indoor car park" on the booking form and you expected to enter the "Octagon" building, but the spaces were outside along the car park where there were 4 "Civapark" spaces marked on a sign. The car is parked, then the keys are handed over to the valet who will take you to the airport, so you won't know exactly where your car will be taken. The staff are very friendly and the journey from the car park to the airport is very quick (~5 min). What's more, it's a very good alternative to the underground car parks offered by the airport, and at a very affordable price. Don't hesitate to opt for a vehicle check-up when you drop off your vehicle if you're worried about its condition when you return it (in order to prove any damage that may have been caused).

Perfect service. For a lower price than other providers of this type, the vehicle is parked indoors. Although our flight arrived very late, the shuttle driver was waiting for us at midnight thirty at the agreed location. I would recommend this service.

We've been using Civapark for years to park at Geneva airport, and the service is impeccable. The shuttle is always on time and not far from the airport. The prices are right. I recommend 100%.

Perfect care on departure and arrival for both passengers and vehicle.

Difficult to find the new car park (especially in the morning at 7am) as there is only one driver who makes the shuttle... however, the appointments were kept. Doubt, however, that the car was really inside?

As on every trip, it's perfect. No stress because the drivers are there on time for departure and arrival. And they're friendly. I recommend without reservation.

The company is very professional. Payment is made on the day of departure. A van will take you to the airport. The return journey is made at the same place as the drop-off, less than 5 minutes from the car park. I would recommend them.

Well, it's not cheap (they're Swiss francs!) but the service ++++, punctuality, friendliness, patience (I arrived very late after having called ahead, the driver was waiting for me) and all this less than 5 minutes from the airport with the private shuttle. I'll be back for my next trip!

Everything went off without a hitch. We'll be in touch again for the next flight from Geneva.

Driver on time, airport transport in 5 minutes. Meeting point in a car park away from traffic jams. No need to call back, the driver waits for you when you arrive at the airport, even if your flight is delayed. Payment on return. Vehicle parked indoors. Highly recommend. Second booking at the top. Our plane arrived very late, at midnight 30, but despite the late hour, he was there. Many thanks to this gentleman for his kindness. My next car park reservation will be with CivaPark. Thank you

Very good service and very punctual! We've been using CIVAPARK for many years with great satisfaction; the only small problem is that arriving at the meeting point at night with all the roadworks on the motorway is not so easy, especially with a GPS that's not up to date. Apart from that, it's great!

Well organised and super convenient for parking. The only downside is finding them... much less easy than the previous address (in the Lumion building)! The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Convenient and efficient service, pleasant staff. Drop-off point not very easy to find the 1st time at 5am when it's still dark, the location map could be a little more precise.
