Very well located, 5 minutes from the airport. The service is impeccable, the valet drops us off in front of the terminal and waits for us there too. The car was delivered and picked up very quickly.

On the outward journey, we were taken care of immediately and very well. On the return journey at 11pm, we had to wait as there was only one shuttle available.

Really at the top. You can leave your car with your eyes closed. The driver took good care of us from departure to return. We were 1 hour late due to a baggage claim, but the driver waited for us. The Civapark screen-printed car: easy to recognise on the way back. Could be improved: a phone call or message on Whatsapp to indicate the driver's location. The presence of the driver in the airport with the customer's sign would be the icing on the cake.

We've been using CIVAPARK for many years with great satisfaction; the only small problem is that arriving at the meeting point at night with all the roadworks on the motorway is not so easy, especially with a GPS that's not up to date. Apart from that, it's great!

Punctual, efficient and pleasant

It's a very good system. The staff are attentive, pleasant and punctual. Ok unfortunately not as close as their last location, but it's still ok; a few minutes shuttle.

It's very efficient, and what's more, it's the cheapest car park at the airport! The car is parked 5 minutes from the airport and a shuttle bus will take you there and pick you up when you arrive.
